Oh well SOME Two-Faced cats have one brain so they don't share anything. Others have two separate brains that share a brain stem. So they think independently but share the body.
But Even if she did have two brains. They've been raised as the same person. So some different  opinions but beyond that? probably not much else due to how they were raised, and how they will continued be interacted with.
Though its more likely she only has one brain. (though I think it be interesting for her to be two separate cats thinking their one cat.)
BUT The word of God  has said she has one brain.
